Today, I had the pleasure of attending Back in Shape Clinic for a knee injury and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, even though I was running late, I was welcomed with warmth and understanding.Anthony Padgett was the physiotherapist who attended to me, and his professionalism coupled with his affable nature was commendable. He took the time to show me around the clinic and I was thoroughly impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities they have on offer. It gave me the assurance that should I face any physical ailment in the future, I know where to turn.What stood out the most was Anthony's approach to patient care. He made the entire assessment process comfortable, ensuring I was at ease. His down-to-earth demeanour and clear explanations about the treatment and his diagnosis made me feel involved and informed. It's refreshing to meet a healthcare professional who not only possesses the skills and knowledge but also has a genuine knack for patient interaction.I wholeheartedly recommend Back in Shape Clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy. Back in Shape is such a welcoming clinic. I would thoroughly recommend Elaine who has helped me with my arthritic ankle by her use of massage which has greatly improved it along with neck and back pain.

It’s the second time I’ve needed to use your professionals and what a great team you’ve got. My latest sessions with Diana have been excellent, leaving me mobile and pain free after a half dozen visits. She explains what’s going to happen each time, and after a massage, acupuncture and ultrasound treatment my shoulder feels a whole lot better. I have a few home exercises to help my rehabilitation and they’re easy to get into my routine. Elaine’s neck, shoulder and back sessions are epic. Im usually slipping off to sleep while she works her magic. I don’t know how you do it but you’re all fabulous people and so easy to deal with!! Will continue to spread the word about BIS.

I went to Back in Shape Clinic for foot physio after breaking my big toe. Anthony was so good at making me relax and worked wonders on my foot. Both painful and ticklish he patiently built up my trust and tolerance and had me walking within weeks. I knew I was in safe hands with Anthony’s gentle and professional approach and highly recommend this clinic.

My Optician highly recommended me to visit Elaine at Back in Shape Clinic to get a good deep massage as he saw me in pain with my neck at one of my appointments.I didn't hesitate at booking an appointment as nothing could be worse than the pain I was getting on and off for years, so I had nothing to lose.I have been seeing Elaine now since before lockdown and never looked back. Whislt I still get my neckache from time to time it is never as bad as it used to be and does not last as long as it used to, and I dont get it often at all. It's well worth getting a massage or, as I call it, a MOT, on your body every so often. I have even started to get reflexology. Now, for someone who does not like their feet being touched, it is the most relaxing thing I have ever done.Elaine is very professional and very nice to speak to and always ready on time for your appointment.The facility itself is very nice and is always clean.I have also recommended my own friends to go here for massages and physio, and the feedback I have received has been positive.The owners Karen and Anthony are also very professional and take pride in their business, and it shows.

Really brilliant place to come. The clinic is clean and staff are super friendly.Andy, the podiatrist is brilliant. Professional, skilled and very honest in what treatment is required!I fully recommend anyone in need of podiatry work to book in and see Andy.
