Starting out as a full-time gym instructor, moving on to Group Exercise Instructor and then becoming a one-to-one Personal Trainer, Katharine has a wide range of skills and experience. She holds a diploma in Sports Massage which allows her to work with individuals of many different abilities and injuries.

Katharine believes that Sports Massage is an excellent way to improve health regardless of the motives for doing so… She has found that massage eases muscular tension when training for events, increases sporting ability, prevents injuries and reduces recovery time after injury. What’s more, massage also decreases stiffness from life’s day-to-day activities.
