A long time trying out most types of exercise – and having the injuries to prove it – inevitably led Jo to discover Pilates! In fact, she credits it with preventing her from undergoing back surgery and, as she puts it, “Breezing through pregnancy”.

So strong is Jo’s belief in the power and efficacy of floor and equipment-based Pilates that she chose to study and become an instructor. She believes Pilates benefits everyone, regardless of age and fitness levels, and loves to see the improvements in her clients’ posture, strength and flexibility.
