  Physiotherapy
The Oxford English Dictionary defines physiotherapy as “the treatment of injury, disease or pain by physical methods”. The CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists – all our physiotherapists are fully qualified members) says that physiotherapy helps restore movement and function to as near normal as possible when someone is affected by injury, illness or by developmental or other disability.
Whatever terms the professionals might use, to many, it’s actually a liberating journey back top health, movement, happiness and freedom from pain.
There is a surprisingly long list of conditions that can be helped by physiotherapy treatment. You might benefit if you’ve suffered from:

• Sporting injuries
